The property was fantastic for six ladies on a girls getaway. The proximity to the beach and walking paths was great, the local coffee shops and restaurants were lovely and the bedrooms were comfortable. The house was well appointed with everything we needed. Fabulous place!

Fantastic accom for three families to relax in for a long weekend. Comfortably appointed with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful beach across the road and cafes and restaurants nearby. This house is one of the best we have stayed in for this size group of 8 highly recommend

The Beachhouse was the perfect place for a family get together - plenty of space for the 8 of us to relax, play games, catch up and also plenty of different spaces for people to get their own me time. Great to hear the sounds of the ocean at night and a 1 minute walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. With the walking path going to Moffat Beach to the left and back to Kings Beach to the right it was perfect for morning walks and bike rides. A very spacious home that felt like home the minute you walked in. Would love to come back again another time and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone with a big family looking for a relaxing holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beachhouse with our extended family for Easter. Beautiful house, with a very well stocked kitchen The house design allows for privacy and separation if desired when travelling with a group, with large master bedroom with ensuite upstairs and another large room downstairs with bathroom. Stunning views from the balcony and great direct beach access across the road. Walking paths and kids playground nearby Fantastic stay

Perfect layout for our family with 3 separated areas for the different groupings. We (Grandma & Grandpa) had our own area with bedroom, bathroom, balcony and tv room! Our son's family were on the bottom level, our daughter's on the top, and we met in the middle to eat and socialise. Loved the protected deck area to chill at the end of the day when the littlies were in bed. Quiet, cul de sac road made it safe to walk across to the beach and the cement pathways were fantastic for the bikes and scooters.Had a wonderful weekend together!

We loved our stay at Beachhouse Shelly Beach. Very spacious and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for our adult children. Extra touches such as cling wrap and alfoil and spices and oil which was appreciated. Lovely home with everything you could possibly need. Easy walk to coffee shops at Moffatt Beach and Kings Beach. Highly recommend.

Wake up to the sound of the ocean in this stunning beachside house at Shelly Beach. Relax and unwind with ocean views on the front deck listening to the sound of the waves breaking and the beautiful seabreeze in your face.

Step out the front door and you have a coastal path taking you either North to Moffat Beach where you can Whale watch from the top of the headland in Whale season (July-Nov), surf the point, enjoy swimming at the beach, playgrounds for the kids or enjoy a meal at one of the great local cafes.

If you head South you can enjoy a swim at the patrolled beach at Kings Beach, again dine at one of the many great cafes there or a sunset drink at Mets Kings – the view is amazing. Or you can simply cross the road and relax at the gorgeous Shelly Beach – they also have a coffee van open most days in the carpark and a kids playground (200m to your right when following the path).

This large 5 bedroom house is ideal for your next getaway, it’s great for families or two, bringing the grandparents with you or for larger groups. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge opening out to the outdoor covered deck area is great to give everyone their own space to spread out.
