How many people can stay in the Holiday House?
Only the number of guests designated by Beachhouse Accom may stay at the property overnight. Should extra beds be required Beachhouse Accom will confirm availability, extra charges will apply. Please do not hesitate to ask, as we can be very accommodating. Children under 2 years are not included in guest numbers if supplying own bedding.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, only if you are staying in one of Beachhouse Accom’s Pet Friendly Holiday Homes.
Is there Internet and Wi-Fi available?
All of Beachhouse Accom’s Holiday Homes have Wi-Fi, and the password will be provided to you at check in.
Will I need to bring linen and towels?
Linen is not supplied unless specified. Beachhouse Accom is happy to arrange Linen Hire.
Can baby equipment like cots and high chairs be organised?
Beachhouse Accom can organise the hire of cots and high chairs, please ask prior to booking and we will confirm the cost.
Is the Holiday House Non-smoking?
All properties managed by Beachhouse Accom are non-smoking.
Where do we collect the key?
You will be notified when you book. Most times someone will meet you at the Holiday House at an arranged time, or the Key will be left in a Key Safe at the Holiday House and you will provided with a code for access.
And will it be OK if we are not arriving until late on the night of check in?
The key to the property will be left in a Key Safe at the Holiday House. Beachhouse Accom will provide the code for access.

Are we able to check out late?
Please contact Beachhouse Accom, we are happy to accommodate where possible.
Are there restaurants and cafes nearby?
You will be only a short stroll to Moffat Beach’s very iconic and vibrant Restaurants and Coffee shops, with your choice of Brekkie, lunch, dinner, coffees and boutique wines and beers. It is not uncommon to find yourself enjoying live music and a ‘Happy Hour’ with friends and family of all ages.
Is there a patrolled beach nearby?
Dicky Beach is 1km north from Moffat Beach and a patrolled beach.
Kings Beach is 1.5km south from Moffat Beach and a patrolled beach.
Will I get the best rate if I book through Beachhouse Accom?
Yes.
Do we need to clean up before we leave?
The property is to be left in a clean and tidy condition. Guests are expected to remove all rubbish. Dishes are to be washed, dried and put away in the cupboards and oven to be cleaned.
What facilities are in the area?
Between Moffat and Dicky Beach you will find a Doctor, Pharmacy, Post Office, Art Gallery, Convenience Shops, Bakeries, Hairdressers, Surf Shop, Bottle Shop, Butcher, Boutiques and Home wares Shops, Fish and Chip Shops, Pizza and many Restaurants and Coffee Shops. Everything you will need for a great holiday without getting into your car.
Can you arrange Flowers or champagne at the Holiday House for our arrival?
Of course, nothing is too much trouble, just let us know what you would like for that someone special or for a treat for yourself.
