Conditions of Booking
IT IS IMPORTANT that you read and understand these Conditions of Booking prior to booking. The following Conditions of Booking will apply to your stay at any of the properties managed by Beachhouse Accom. We will only accept bookings on the Conditions of Booking outlined in this document and by making a booking and paying a deposit, you agree to abide by and comply with these Conditions of Booking.
Anyone checking into our properties and signing the Conditions of Booking must be over 21 unless accompanied by an adult
PRICING All prices are current at the time of enquiring and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a price increase all bookings with confirmed paid deposits will be honoured with the original price quoted at the time of the booking.
The booking is made in good faith by Beachhouse Accom but may be subject to change as we may be notified by the owner prior to the commencement of the booking. We can not take responsibility for actions taken by the owner of the premises outside our control. However every reasonable effort will be made to offer alternative accommodation should this occur.
DEPOSIT A 50% deposit is required at the time of the booking, with the balance of the total booking to be paid 21 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of the booking.
A security deposit of between $250 – $1000 (dependent on the property), will be required upon check in. This will be returned within 7 days of vacating providing, all keys are returned at the designated check out time. The Guest will be responsible for any damage to the premises or loss of or damage to any items in the premises during the agreed period of tenancy, The guest agrees to pay Beachhouse Accom and authorises Beachhouse Accom to charge the Guest the cost of replacement or repair (at the discretion of Beachhouse Accom) for any such item damaged or lost.
PAYMENTS If payments are not received on time as per the above conditions, your booking may be cancelled without refund.
All cancellations must be advised in writing. No refund of the deposit will be made unless and until the premises are relet for the total period originally booked.
No refund will be given for an early or unscheduled departure by the guest. Including if terminated by Beachhouse Accom.
CANCELLATIONS All cancellations must be in writing. For bookings cancelled 1 month prior to arrival a 10% cancellation fee will apply. For bookings cancelled less than 1 month in advance there will be no refund.
YOUR STAY Occupancy commences at 2pm on the commencement date and ends at 10am on the departure date shown on the receipt. If you require an earlier check in or later check out, please contact Beachhouse Accom. Extra charges may apply.
ONLY THE NUMBER OF GUESTS designated by Beachhouse Accom may stay at the property overnight. Should extra beds be required Beachhouse Accom will confirm availability and extra charges per person will apply upon booking. Please do not hesitate to ask, as many owners are very accommodating.
Children under 2 years are not included in guest numbers if supplying own bedding.
NON-SMOKING All properties let by Beachhouse Accom are non-smoking. Failure to comply with this Condition of Booking will result in extra cleaning charges.
LINEN PLEASE NOTE Linen is not supplied unless specified. You will need to bring, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats, washers.
We do have a Linen Hire Service if required. Hired Linen booked in advance will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival
KEYS are the responsibility of the Guest. The Guest is to pay for any lost or misplaced keys and garage remotes, and any after hours call outs regarding lost keys or being locked out of the property. In some circumstances payment may be required for lock changes.
Please keep property locked and secure at all times when you are not present.
On departure keys must be returned to Beachhouse Accom.
CLEANING The property is to be left in a clean and tidy condition. Guests are expected to remove all rubbish from the property into wheelie bins provided, you will be advised of collection days. All dishes to be washed, dried and put away in the cupboards and oven to be cleaned. If additional cleaning is required these costs will be charged to the Guest.
BBQ must be left in a clean condition, as you have found it. Cleaning fees will apply if left uncleaned.
Please be considerate.
LOST PROPERTY No responsibility is taken for Guests personal property left on premises. Beachhouse Accom is not liable for any damage or loss of property that a Guest may sustain whilst on the property.
NO FUNCTIONS The property is let for residential accommodation only. The property must not be used for any parties, functions or unlawful purposes. The Guest shall not cause or allow any undue or excessive noise to Guests or neighbours, particularly between 10pm – 8am. Failure to comply with this Condition of Booking may result in your immediate eviction, the loss of your bond and/or other monies paid to you.
PARKING Guests and their Guests must only park in the designated areas for the holiday premises.
PETS Animals, pets and visitors pets are not to be brought onto the premises unless you are in an approved accommodation that allows pets. Please see the Pet friendly accommodation on our website.
This is a NO TOLERANCE POLICY
PROPERTY PRESENTATION Upon arrival at your chosen accommodation, should you find any cleaning or maintenance issues please contact Beachhouse Accom so we can rectify the issue as soon as possible
DESCRIPTION Beachhouse Accom and the property owner’s description of the property are made in good faith.
INSPECTIONS Beachhouse Accom may inspect the property at any time with reasonable notice, and at any time without notice if in Beachhouse Accom’s opinion there is, has been, or is likely to be a breach of these CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
