Excellent stay and highly recommended. Great communications from Beachhouse , really friendly greeting and the place was well set up and spotless. Kings Beach area is a very chilled area on the Sunshine Coast. Friendly locals, great beach and lots of diversions nearby if you need it. Will be back!!
Thanks for the stay. We absolutely loved it and after the disappointment of our Brisbane accomodation we couldn't have asked for more. cheers

Great week. Very tidy apartment in a handy location with great ocean views. Whales visible all week playing in the ocean was an unexpected treat. Close to Kings beach and only a few min walk to all the shops on Bulcock St. Well stocked kitchen and great comms from BeachHouse. Thanks.

The apartment is in a great location … walking distance to the beach & shops. The view is fantastic. The facilities are excellent & it has great security. Onsite parking for one vehicle & readily available street parking for larger families & additional vehicles. The kitchen was well stocked & well set up for cooking. Lot’s of storage space & good sized living area. Fantastic value for money.

Spacious apartment with everything we needed! No aircon in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom which had fans instead. Not an issue unless very warm but otherwise the ducted living room and master bedroom aircon was great. For anyone with a baby in a portacot, there is a walk in robe which worked really well as a ‘room’ , nice and dark. Great location, well equiped kitchen, two good sized bathrooms and deck overlooking the pool (third floor up). Pool was awesome! We would stay again!

This is a great place to stay for a family, the location is perfect, a short 11 minute walk to Caloundra Main Street with plenty of restaurant options. 2 min walk to the beach. The pool at the complex is great too and has a heated spa section. Although the place has ducted air conditioning, only the living area and main bedroom are ducted, the other bedroom doesn’t do too bad if you leave the doors open but the little single bedroom at the back gets warm. Upright fans were provided though. Great kitchen and has everything you need, plenty of cutlery and crockery so you don’t have to wash after every meal.

Great spacious apartment with everything you need. Beautiful view, easy access to beach & restaurants close by. Kids loved the pool & Spa. Nicola was lovely meeting us on site. Air con only in main bedroom & lounge & dining but if you leave the doors open to the other rooms it cools down quiet quickly. Loved our stay.

An absolutely fantastic set up. We are a family of five and found everything so spacious and accommodating. The Beach house had everything we needed to make eating in a fun and affordable thing while on holiday, rather than eating take out every night. Fully stocked kitchen, washroom and bathroom although we did bring our own amenities. Lots of seating options for everyone to have their own space which is something we usually struggle with when staying away. Fantastic view and super stoked to have a washing rack and pegs! Water was hot and both bathrooms had fabulous shower pressure. Location was great and close to everything you need for a quick stroll to get a coffee (or beer!) or take the kids to the park and not far for entertainment at night to hop to the RSL. Would absolutely recommend and stay again

Situated in Caloundra’s Kings Beach, this Salt on Kings apartment is an easy 100m walk to the surf and has stunning ocean views, views to picturesque Pumicestone Passage and, is a short walk or drive to Bulcock Beach that looks over to the tip of Bribie Island.  The ocean waters, sandy shores, seaside picnic areas and grassy knolls and beachside boardwalk make this apartment a classic seaside getaway.  Kings Beach and calm waters of Pumicestone Passage are perfect for surfing, swimming, paddling, Jet Ski or fishing.

The Sunshine Coast Airport is a 40 minutes drive away and is an easy 1 hour drive from Brisbane Airport . Maroochydore and Mooloolaba are a close 30 minute drive. Noosa is under an hour’s drive from Caloundra.
