This place is fantastic! Originally, we were staying only 3 but decided to extend to 5 nights! The house has superb amenities, is very confortable, spotless clean, quiet and relaxing. Short walk to Moffat beach, shops, cafes and A+brewery. We all enjoyed our little holiday but my dog definitely loved it!! Not only excellent local location but too easy to go out and about to other spots at the Sunny Coast. Highly recommend it and also fantastic attention from the girls of Beach Accomodations.'

A dog friendly place, fully fenced and very well located. I hesitated to book as you can find other places closer to the beach BUT I do not regret my choice as the street is super quiet (we discovered you have more traffic when you get closer from the beach), it is only a 5 walking minutes yothe beach and all restaurants (even if it looks more on the map). Birds and the charming sound of the water (swimming pool) will be the only noises you will hear :) Kitchen is perfect and clean and you will have all the cooking wares you need. Do not worry, heaters in the rooms are enough to make the living room cozy during the 'cold' season'. The main bed is very comfortable (and you ca trust us, we are fussy with that !) and I suggesting you to hire the linen as they are from a very good quality. My partner is very picky on food :) so if it can help some other guys in the same situation than mine, Pocket Espresso is doing the best coffee around + some great healthy take away options and the restaurant next door as a nice vegetables salad... just bring your hammock or relax on the beach ! :) We decided to come back and stay there for our next weekend trip to Moffat.'

'Moffatt Classic is the perfect house for a family beach holiday with your dog. It’s in a quiet tree-lined street close to the dog beach and cafe precinct. Our pup loved getting to socialise with other dogs off leash (between 4pm and 8am). Our children also loved the pool and the huge backyard at the house. The house is tastefully furnished and super clean. If you love cooking, the kitchen is well equipped and the bbq and outdoor area is leafy and peaceful. We had a fantastic holiday and highly recommend it.'

'Fantastic stylish house, with awesome amenities and wonderfully appointed. We loved our stay. Walking distance to the beach and local shops. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Beds were comfortable with a massive yard the dog. Everything was clean and tidy and I loved that there was a good supply of items in the house like dishwashing liquid and all the sort of stuff. Would highly recommend this property and we look forward to returning again one day.'

'I cannot speak more highly and would definitely recommend this property. We are a family of 3 plus a small, well behaved dog and our 3night stay was perfect. We loved the pool, the garden was beautiful and doggy friendly, the cottage decor was just stunning and all the amenities were 100%. Walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and microbrewery. Cottage was extremely clean and communication with ‘Beachhouse’ was efficient and friendly. We would stay again in a heart beat - could not fault a thing! Thank you! 'Normally we take the first day or two to relax and unwind at the start of holidays, but within minutes of arriving here, we both just sunk into the comfy outdoor chairs on the patio, took a dip in the pool while our dog had a great time running around in the awesome yard. The patio, pool and backyard were fantastic, and we are looking forward to booking this place again for next Summer. The living areas and kitchen were really well equipped with pretty well everything you would need. The bathroom is huge and the double head shower is a nice touch. The location is great, in a quiet street away from the hustle, but close enough to be at Moffat Beach and it's cafes within minutes. Great to be able to lock the front sliding gate and have the place secure for the dog (or kids I suppose) to be able to run around safely. We will be back!'

'From the welcome gifts to the cloud-like beds, this home was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend using the linen provided - it was well worth it, extremely comfortable and lush. The garden was bigger than expected and the dog absolutely loved it. We spent a fair bit of time out on the back patio under the fairy lights for dinners, and loved the proximity to the beach. Will definitely be returning, and will likely bring the kids next time!'

'Fabulously stylish private home, with a great out door space including pool, large garden and cubby house. Rooms were very well appointed, lounge/dining/kitchen had all you would need for a self contained holiday. Linen pack was worth the additional cost, although would remind people to BYO beach towels. A handy location, easy walk to cafes, playground and non-patrolled beach. About 5min drive to patrolled Kings Beach.'

'What a little gem. We picked this place due to its proximity to Moffat beach and quiet location for our mini-break. The house is well appointed, neat and tidy and close to Moffat beach cafes, microbrewery and of course the beach. Our host gave us the hot tip on a little coffee shop walking distance close by called ‘One Block Back’. Check in was easy with excellent communication from the time we booked to the time we checked out. The house had everything we needed for our stay and would suit anyone looking for somewhere to relax in comfort in between beach sessions and the local restaurants. Short walks to the beach and a few parks. Highly recommend. Enjoy. We would like to say thanks for our trouble free stay in your beautiful little house. We appreciate the timely communication and easy handover at check in. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Adam and Sarah.

Fabulous stay. Gorgeous little house, beautifully decorated. And wonderful for the doggo's. The backyard is enormous and they had a ball! Nice quiet neighbourhood, and just a short stroll to the beach and cafes. Super friendly people coordinating check in etc. Communication was great. I'll definitely try to book this place again!

This wasn't my first stay in the Gladstone house - it really has everything and can accommodate one person or a whole family with ease. We spend most of our time out the back on the gorgeous patio, with the pool close by. The kiddos and dog love the yard and cubby, and it was nice on the rainy days to have the book library and Netflix. Such a quick easy walk to the beach, coffee and IGA a quick whip around the corner for any groceries, fruit and veg, butcher etc. We will definitely return!

Gorgeous home with huge yard and pool located super close to the beach. I absolutely loved staying here and would recommend to everyone with a dog that wants to get away for some relaxing down time. The pool was the perfect temperature as it gets a nice amount of sun. The kitchen was well equiped and the fridge was large for stocking up on plenty of items. The bathroom had great water pressure in the shower perfect for washing hair after the beach. Loved it! Can't wait to come back.

Just a lovely house to stay in. The bed was so comfy and the decor , just a delight to stay at. We wish the weather was better as the pool looks so inviting, with a spa too! Awesome big double shower and 2 toilets is a bonus. The outdoor area is so nice, with plenty of seating, and a fire pit! Which would be great on a nice night. The yard is big with plenty of room for kids or dogs to run around, and a kids fort too!. Overall, just a delight to stay here. Also, very secure with lockup gates . We’d definitely stay here again.!

what can we say but luxury in a pocket of oasis. the house and its gardens instantly relaxes you and provide limitless little nooks to escape and relax. Nicola was amazing and instantly responded. our furry friends loved the yard to play in! best location ... very short walk to cafes and beach with other great activities nearby....like axe throwing!!!!! This place forced us to relax and very grateful to have this well equipped space.

Wonderful stay in this lovely tastefully decorated house. Everything we needed was available, excellent kitchen and inclusions, fantastic salt pool with spa and huge secure backyard for our little puppies to play and run around. Airconditioning and fans in the bedrooms was great as we had very hot humid days during our stay. Outdoor space under the pergola was fantastic for our evening meals and lazing around. Location was excellent close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Loved the Pastry Lab in Happy Valley and Cafe Sisily in Golden Beach. Local Moffat beach has all the essentials too with wonderful places to relax and eat. Response from Bec and Nicola was very helpful and timely with a booklet specific for the house left with various clear instructions and suggestions. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home. Beautiful home; incredible outdoor space- many areas to relax or entertain, kitchen well stocked with everything you need and more. So much thought has been put into making our stay feel like home- the landscaping, gardens and interior furnishings have been meticulously considered. Short walk to Shelley or Moffat beaches- although if you have heaps to carry might be easier to jump in the car- we did both depending on the day- Moffat has a cluster of fantastic restaurants and cafes. Our golden retriever had the run of the massive back yard- and our teenagers had plenty of places to laze around outside. Only reco would be to add a smarter smart tv so people could use their kayo for sport or alternatively include foxtel. Highly recommend this house for those with little or big kids and/or dogs. We had a lovely time :)

My partner, toddler and I had a great stay. We loved the outdoor space and easy flow b/w indoor & outdoor settings. Both inside and outside are very cosy & relaxing. It's an easy 5 min walk to Moffat Beach or 10 mins to surf beaches at Kings & Dicky Beach. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Beachhouse. The clear instructions & accommodating host on check-in was the start of a great experience. The location was ideal for our young family being only 5 minutes walk to the beach & multiple children's playgrounds. There was a nice vibe in the community especially around the cluster of cafes & restaurants near the beach. Some beautiful walks, walking distance to a local grocer, pharmacy and short 5-minute drive to the Caloundra Shopping Centre. We'll be back!

We absolutely loved our stay and weren't ready to leave. The backyard and pool area were highlights, but everything was excellent, right down to Nicola organising for lights to be on and beds made for our late arrival. There was nothing we needed for cooking and the aircons in the bedrooms saved us poor Tasmanians from roasting in our sleep.

Our family recently stayed at the beach house and it was a delightful experience. The accommodation was immaculate and cozy, instantly making us feel at home. Despite our plans to explore, we found ourselves enchanted by the on-site amenities, especially the swimming pool. Days were spent swimming and relaxing, making it difficult to leave the tranquil atmosphere. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, leaving us rejuvenated and eager for our next visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this beautiful little beach house. Situated in a quiet, leafy street, only a few blocks to the beach. The pool was lovely, the yard was huge, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. We loved that we were able to bring our little cavoodle along and felt that he was safe at all times in the yard. We will definitely be back and have already recommended this house to friends and family.
