Perfect weekend get away! So close to the beach. We stayed with our son of 9 months and our Cavalier for the second time. We will certainly be back. So close to cafes, and the beach. The accommodation was new and stylish, couldn't fault it.

“Fantastic place! Very short stroll to the shops, cafes and beach. The house is modern and well equipped with everything you need. Would recommend the linen service, our beds were made up beautifully. There is one double room downstairs and the other 2 upstairs. The townhouse is the end one of 4. It felt quite private. The driveway is a bit tricky if you have a low car. You will bottom out if you don't get the angle right. Charmaine was a wonderful host and provided great local tips.”

Just a great experience form start to finish. We were met by the owner at the property, everything is truly within walking distance with the beach three minutes walk away, and comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen and laundry. Thanks Charmaine and Nicola.

Property Managers Nicola & Charmaine were fantastic! This townhouse is the perfect place to stay with only a short walk to cafes, dog friendly beach, restaurants, Foodworks. And other shops. I can't rate this place highly enough. Great for families with 3 bathrooms and outdoor living. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay , the location was awesome. We literally parked the car and did not take it out again. Walked to the beach, walked to the cafes and restaurants. Small courtyard was perfect for our dog. Very clean and had everything that you could need in the kitchen. Will be back and highly recommend staying.

Absolutely perfect place to stay! Finally a place that’s truely dog friendly, as you can have them inside. Very friendly managers and super easy check in/out process. Perfect distance to the beach and around the corner from great spots to eat/drink. Thank you, we’ll be back!

Fantastic townhouse in a great location - strolling distance to cafes and takeaways, dog friendly beach (pre 8am and after 4pm) and kids playground. Clean, comfy and well equipped.

Our extended family plus our 10 yr old pup really enjoyed our stay. Being so close to the beach and great cafes was a bonus. Clean, modern and very well stocked with all the items you'd need for a holiday made this an easy place to stay. The winter sun on the verandah made it a warm spot to read and relax.

Second time staying here and didn’t disappoint. Great location just a stroll from cafes, a great playground and the beach (dog off lease before 8am and after 4pm). Lovely spacious property which was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Already planning our next trip!

The place is central to everything, close to restaurants, beach, few minutes drive to shopping malls. Very spacious and clean. We were able to use the garage for the van. The place is private, and the best thing is - the price was excellent. This accommodation is highly recommended.

This is a wonderful home to stay in for your well earned holiday. Everything you could need is provided and it’s beautifully clean and comfortable. Plus, pet friendly and so handy to cafes and the beach. This is our second visit and we will definitely be going back.

A great place to stay and relax. The townhouse is the best equipment Airbnb we've ever stayed-in and can't complain what so ever. Communication was great from the beginning and the location is premium. I would say that the house presents better than the advertised pictures :).

We have been very comfortable in this stay. Everything pristine with beautiful decor. Being double storey the stairs worried me initially but not an issue at all for me. The location is amazing. Right in the heart of Moffat village. Our little dog loved the leash free beach up to 8am and after 4pm daily. Beautiful walks to the neighbourhood beaches including Caloundra (the beach walk is amazing) Thanks Nicola for presenting a lovely property.

This is such a fantastic townhouse. It’s the second time we’ve stayed here and will definitely stay again. Great for families with enough space upstairs and down. A 2 min walk to the beach, playground or shops. The townhouse is always stocked with everything you could ever need. Comfortable beds for an air bnb too.
The space is definitely a winner for us with everything provided. Thanks again, we will rebook again soon.

Perfect accommodation! Location was excellent, so close to all the restaurants and the beach. The beach house had everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean, with heaps of room. One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in!

My family had a wonderful stay at Moffatts. The apartment was very clean and a perfect size for 5 adults. Bedrooms were nicely presented, with comfortable beds and much needed air cons for a summer stay. 3 bathrooms proved very handy. Loved the open plan living space with sliding doors that allowed the tropical surrounds in. Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. Kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. One tiny issue was ants on the kitchen bench.....one stray crumb and they would appear in their hundreds. We loved the convenience of going next door for a coffee, or around the corner for a meal/ beverage. Discovering Sugar Mama's waffles were gluten free was a real treat for the coeliacs. We loved being so close to the beach, and the weather allowed us one swim day. Beach was a little rough and is unpatrolled but the lagoon is perfect for young families. Enjoyed the coastal walk/jog around to Kings Beach. Couldn't fault our stay, and would stay again.

Pristine clean in every space of the unit. Beds were comfortable. Layout of unit was amazing for our little getaway. And, walking distance of only 1-2 minutes for cafes, restaurants, clothes/homeware shops, beach, and walking tracks. Loved everything about this unit, friendly checkin, and location.
