The stay was great for us, easy to find and get the keys to enter. The house was as described, clean with all the amenities we need. We paid extra to have linen and that was provided as described. We had a great time, was good value for money.

Perfect for local family to come and go walking distance to beaches, backyard ideal for puppy who is a digger and did not get out. The property manager was accessible at all times, super friendly providing a little welcome pack, would recommend to all especially low frills families. #1 Spot

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with enough room for our family of 5. Quiet but still walkable distance to beach, restaurants and amenities. Remember to BYO linen (or host can arrange hire). Thanks for a relaxing long weekend stay and always nice to visit this area.

Extremely clean unit in great position. Fully enclosed yard for my dog was a big plus. Lovely layout with a fantastic front patio. Easy check-in. Would highly recommend this unit.

We had a great stay, tidy home well located for beach and shops etc. everything was thought of in this unit with utensils appliances even salt a pepper etc. Fenced yard was great for our pet dog. we would stay again.

Corban Villas is a great spot for a family stay at Caloundra! Easy walk to Kings, Shelly, or Moffat beaches, and a short drive anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Great spot equidistant to Kings Beach or Moffat Beach (5-10 min walk to either). The apartment was clean and nicely equipped for our stay with our 3 young kids (6, 4 and 2). Host communication was great and proactive and checkin was a breeze. The apartment had great amenities, although linen was extra (we brought our own). The only small criticism was that the beds, particularly in the main, were very firm, even form me who likes a firm bed. Other than that it’s a great apartment in a handy spot.

We had a lovely stay. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Kings Beach, Shelly Beach and Moffat Beach. Beds were comfortable and the lounge area is huge!!

From booking to checkout everything was seamless and as advertised. The property is in a lovely neighborhood within easy walking distance of several beaches (Kings beach was our favorite, be sure to check out Mets lifesavers club). The property had everything needed for a stay as long as you want, we could have 'survived' there for months quite happily. It is spacious, bright and comfortable. The highlight for us was sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the flying foxes come out. 10/10 would visit again.

Great location, loved the open living, walking distance to places to eat, play ground bbq areas and the beach. We had everything we needed at the house. The weather during our stay was pouring down with rain but there was a lot to at the villa, my boys loved basketball ring outside, the many board games around the place to keep them occupied as they didn't want to go outside whilst it was raining, loved been able to bbq on the veranda sipping on the glass of wine. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back to stay in the near future

Main living area is nicely renovated and comfortable. The location was good for the beach, and a great base to enjoy the rest of the Sunshine coast. We were greeted well and check in and check out was super easy - very communicative host that even gave us a small welcome bag upon arrival. We chose this place for its value during a public holiday weekend and definitely worth it.
