Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, beds are really comfy with quality linen. Space for everyone, living area and deck upstairs, pool, BBQ and extra TV room downstairs.
Easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay at Nothling Street. From the moment we arrived, the house felt like a warm hug — beautiful, peaceful and incredibly comfortable.
We stayed as a large family and never once felt crowded. With four generous bedrooms, separate living areas and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces, everyone could find their own corner. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with beautiful linen, and the house was very quiet at night. Even the bathrooms felt special, with soft fluffy towels, scented toiletries and a lovely bath to soak in at the end of the day.
The pool and outdoor area became the heart of our stay. The pool is long enough to swim laps, while the shaded daybed overlooking it is perfect for reading.
We also loved long family BBQs by the pool, surrounded by tropical greenery and local wildlife, it was private and peaceful.
The open-plan kitchen has everything you could possibly need and is genuinely set up for cooking and entertaining. The whole house feels thoughtfully appointed, from the quality appliances and dinnerware to the beautiful laundry with new Miele washer and dryer. There is also an enormous amount of space downstairs, and parking three cars was easy.
The location is exceptional. Moffat Beach is only about 300 metres away, and we could walk to the beach, coastal tracks, cafés and local shops. We loved the relaxed village atmosphere around Moffat Beach and wandering down for sundowners each evening.
The house is beautifully styled while still feeling completely like home.
We left relaxed, very well rested and wishing we could stay longer. A wonderful Moffat Beach home for families, and somewhere we would return to in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chill at Moffats! The location is perfect — an easy walk to the beach and some great coffee shops, and once you park the car, you really don’t need to leave.
The house itself is beautiful and so well laid out. We especially loved having a bedroom downstairs for the kids, giving them their own space to play and swim while we could relax upstairs.
One of our favourite spots was the deck — sitting in the sunshine, looking out towards the water and surrounded by lush green trees. It really felt like a true beach house.
It’s the perfect place to slow down, switch off and just chill. We had such a lovely stay and would highly recommend Chill at Moffats!

Beautiful home in a great location. Perfect for a family holiday with lots of comfortable living spaces yo break out into. Beautiful sea breezes. Wonderful pool and entertainment area. Easy walk to beach and cafes. Would stay again 😀
