We loved staying at Beachhouse! Nicola, the property manager, was very responsive by text messages, and she she even met us at the property with the keys and a friendly welcome. The apartment itself was beautifully presented....very, very comfy. And the view...wow...it was just what we hoped for....so close to the water, with a scenic view of the coastline. Highly recommended

Perfect stay for our long weekend away. The view is spectacular. Able to watch and join the coastal walkers ... easy to do long or short walks as desired. Surf Club nearby for dinner was great value! The apartment was all that we wanted/needed and extremely clean with lovely linens. Would stay again and recommend.

We have just enjoyed a week in this fabulous apartment. Overlooking the water, the apartment is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Walking distance to a variety of shops, restaurants and surf beach. We will have no hesitation in booking a stay there again.

Such a beautiful location, the first thing when I noticed walking in was how lovely and clean the unit looked and smelled. Lovely linen and amenities. A sweet little gift bag was much appreciated. The view is so nice, such a nice place to wake up to. Also a super easy walk to Kings Beach. 🏖️

Beachhouse was perfect, it’s walking distance to between kings beach and Shelly beach, amazing view, car space big enough to fit a lifted 4wd so no need to try find street parking which is very handy. apartment has everything you need, it was great and just super easy, would definitely stay again.

Set a long the Kings Beach Headland with uninterrupted ocean views, this coastal syted 2 bedroom unit is perfect for your next beach holiday. An easy 6 minute stroll will have you at the patrolled Kings Beach for a swim or surf. And with so many options for eating, coffee or a refreshing cool drink along the way, driving the car may become unnecessary. The area also boasts a free salt water swimming pool, the Coastal Pathway which follows the coastline through the heart of Caloundra to Golden Beach and north past beautiful Moffat and Dicky Beaches and further.

Breathtaking views from the wrap around balcony will make BBQing a must. The unit has been set up to include everything for a relaxing hassle free holiday.
