Fabulous house for entertaining and relaxing. It is really well equipped and has a lovely ‘homely’ feel. Could not ask for a better location, the beach, playgrounds, shops and restaurants are just a few steps away. We loved our time at the house and will definitely be back!

Wonderful accommodation! Great location, large open spaces for our family to spread out and relax. Close to beach, local coffee shops, cafes and restaurants. Didn't need to go use our car for the whole of our stay. All of the rooms are well set up, including the kitchen. Great place to stay with a large family. Even well catered for our little dog. We hope to be able to visit again soon.

Bring the family together with ample space to spread out and really relax. This place is a real find, ideal quiet location, with a front and back outdoor entertainment area that has big comfortable couches and two BBQ’s. Bedrooms have great natural ventilation with fans or aircon if you need it. While there’s only 1 bathroom the toilet is separate so that’s helpful. Just to note there are two fridges pictures in the kitchen, however one is locked for owner. But don’t worry as there’s a beer fridge out the back, so amples of chilling options for your beer and bubbles. Love, love, love this place!

My family and I had an amazing stay at the beachouse. There plenty of places to relax and unwind and the kids loved the pool. Would definitely look to book again.

Aloha From Moffat Beach

Nestled on Tooway Lake at Moffat Beach, this property is styled with a Hawaii theme.  With a NE aspect enjoy views of the lake and glimpses of the ocean at Moffat beach. You will enjoy gentle north easterly breezes in summer and in winter you are protected from the South easterly breezes by Moffat headland.

Leave your car keys in your bag, grab your surfboard, everything is right at your finger tips.

Eleanor Shipley park has 2 large play areas for children and numerous free BBQs or use the large BBQ on the front deck. It’s a 2 minute walk to the local bakery, beauty salon, general store and Lotto office, Moffat Beach Family medical practice, and pathology centre. There is also a Post office, a bike shop with vet surgery only 5 minutes walk away.

The very popular Moffat Beach has restaurants and cafe’s all within 5 minutes walk of the house. ( The Pocket, Sunnys, Moffat Brewery and Moffs) Also some gift shops to find the holiday memento.
Eateries at adjacent Dicky beach and the Dicky Beach Surf Club are an easy 10 minute walk away.

Moffat Beach has a great right hander at high tide when there is a southerly swell or Kings Beach is protected from those northerlies in summer. Tooway lake will entertain little ones for hours.

Off leash for all dogs between the hours of 4pm to 8 am every day.  (Please check signs)
