This architect designed beach house welcomes you instantly, from the arched entry gate, towards the overscale sunset-pink front door. The vaulted ceilings of the living & dining zones and with garden views, the adjacent Champagne Corner with informal seating for pre-dinner drinks.

The kitchen has Bosch appliances: a silent dishwasher with Microwave & 900mm oven & induction cooktop. The huge island bench allows for large gatherings with all kitchen ware provided for cooking & entertaining.
The master suite has a 4 poster Queen bed, smart TV & double sinks in the ensuite, with rain shower & toilet. The mattress is a No-Partner Disturbance mattress to ensure a relaxed nights sleep. There is room in the master for a Port-a-cot. Adjacent the master is a bedroom suitable for children, who need to be near a parent at night.
The 2 rear bedrooms have queen beds & large windows viewing the tropical garden. Adjacent is the separate toilet and main bathroom, with shower & luxurious bath.
There is a separate rumpus room with large barn door which can be closed to minimise noise to the sleeping area. The laundry leads off the rumpus with a washer & dryer available for use.
Externally the fully fenced, lush tropical garden provide privacy & cooling views from all rooms. The pool & all-weather out-door dining looks over the curvaceous pool with built-in seats for sitting & relaxing, Stylish out door chairs & pool toys are available for guests use. There are no stairs anywhere on the property, making it very accessible for elderly guests.
The Coastal Pathway allows for walking, bike or e-scootering north or south from Caloundra to Point Cartwright or even Mooloolaba. The entry is at the end of the court, 5m from Blu Beach House. The beach is accessed via Entry 245 with a short walk through the coastal dunes. 100m to the south is the patrolled zone, Entry 246. From Entry 245 north, is dog off-leash, 7 days a week.
By walking along the Coastal Pathway, 5-8minutes you will find a huge park with enormous adventure playground & BBQs with shelters & seating. Walk another 2 minutes & you will be able to dine at Bocca Italian restaurant with its amazing menu. Adjacent Bocca is an artisanal ice-creamery & coffee house, all with hand made flavours from the Sunshine Coast region. No need to worry about driving or Ubering, it’s a relaxing walk home on flat wide paths.
