The Wave house was even better than the photos . A really well appointed home with plenty of room for our extended family to spread out and still be close to each other . Sparkling clean , the home had a beautiful warm , unfussy and well styled interior. A pleasure to stay in - the toys for the children were a bonus . The ocean is an easy stroll around the corner and supermarket is only 900m away .'

'This is an amazing house for a family holiday or grown ups retreat. Tastefully renovated for a real beach feel. Beds and linen comfy and lush, both bathrooms perfect and the open space for kids and grown ups alike is brilliant. Kitchen is stocked full of everything you could possibly need. Even 2 big fridges!! The outdoor area is lovely for kicking back with a wine and cheese plate while watching the kids in the pool...or joining them! Lots of pool toys, as well as kids toys and board games. Very close to the beach, as well as supermarkets and the lovely Golden Beach cafe strip. Come home to a quiet night with a huge range of media - Netflix, Disney, Spotify etc. as well as internet. It was immaculate when we arrived. Perfect long weekend for us and extended family.'

The Beachhouse is well located just around the corner from the broadwater at Golden Beach. The children loved the pool. The kitchen is very functional and there is a large dining and lounge area. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you for the stay at the Beachhouse. We had a lovely weekend. We enjoyed how easy it was to ride around to Golden Beach.

Gorgeous modern home around the corner of amazing beaches, resturants and the aircraft museum. Very family friendly with heaps of toys and a few pool floaties. House was well stocked with basics and cleaning items. Amazing utilities and an apple tv. Everything u need for a great getaway.

This property was exceeded all expectations. Beautifully presented, clean and with so much space. For a group of 11 included 5 children there was plenty of space for us all to have privacy. The pool was a hit with the children. Highly recommend the wave house for any size group.

We stayed for a sports carnival with 4 adults and 7 children. The house suited all our needs. Spacious inside, clean and perfect layout. Check in was a breeze with Charmaine. Location was perfect. Walking distance to water and boat club and plenty of food and shopping options close by. Kids found the toy boxes and had it been summer the pool would have been a perfect option to tire the kids out.

The Wave House is perfect for sharing with extended family. Plenty of space for everyone, the pool and games provided are wonderful for the children. The location is ideal in a nice quiet neighbourhood but just a short walk to parks and the water. We loved our stay so much we are already planning the next trip.

We had an amazing stay! Great location, Quiet street, walk to beach & shops with just enough distance from traffic & noise. Property is perfect for large group with great open spaces to move around. Bathrooms feel newly renovated & kitchen comes with great appliances. The Home has a really lovely open plan feel with lots of natural light. Loved our stay, will be back!

We were personally welcomed by Nicola on our arrival, and she gave us a quick run-down of the house amenities. Straight off, we were amazed at the space and were very happy that we'd chosen to stay there. Over the long-weekend, our family of 6 adults and 4 children (aged four years and under) had heaps of space to play games together, watch TV, eat, chat, or just escape to a room or cozy couch for a bit of quiet time by yourself. Oh, the couches / seating areas ... just loved that there were so many of them! We also made regular use of the two dining spaces ... and also the outside table & seating too. The location was great. A nice quiet neighbourhood, a short 15-minute stroll to a quiet beach & coffee shops, and Coles & Woolies a 5-minute drive away. I contacted Nicola for some assistance, and she was quick to respond and was very helpful. Our family would highly recommend this property!

The Wave House

There’s plenty of room for the extended family in this large, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Beach House and all within walking distance to the beautiful beach, waterways and Coastal Pathway at Golden Beach in Caloundra.

This spacious, newly renovated one-level home is perfect for enjoying with friends and family. With three living areas plus an outdoor entertaining area, everyone has space to enjoy the holiday of their dreams. With windows and doors on all sides of the property, the resulting cool sea breezes will keep the temperature just right, however there is an air con in the living area.

The sparkling inground pool will keep the kids occupied for hours while you enjoy a glass of champagne or a cold beer on the patio. The house is stocked with games, books and toys…..what a great way to encourage the kids to ‘unplug’ for a weekend, week or even longer.

The safe and beautiful waters of the Pumicestone Passage are walking distance, perfect for even small children to enjoy safely. Bring your tinnie or rent one locally, the boat ramp is seconds away and the fishing is always great. Just a 5 minute drive will see you at many fantastic surf and patrolled beaches and a variety of restaurants and cafes that Caloundra has to offer. But the best patisserie on the coast is within walking distance……a secret the locals don’t want you to know!!

The Sunshine Coast needs no advertising and Golden Beach is perfectly positioned to allow easy access to all the Coast has to offer, and only an hour from Brisbane.
