My wife and I wanted to thank you very much, on behalf of our daughter and family for presenting such a wonderful holiday home for them at 1 Campbell St Moffat Beach.
They just loved it. The home was so spotlessly clean and so very well appointed, it was very comfortable and in a great location.
It was great for the kiddlie winks and we were all so surprised to find toys for them to play with and kids DVDs as well.
Thanks also for the way in which you conducted business. Once again we were very appreciative of the professional way you handled the whole booking process and the personal touch as well.

“Fantastic value for families, so close to walk to literally everything Moffatt Beach has to offer. We enjoyed the air- conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable back deck. Kids were delighted by the games cupboard and kids DVDs. Dog loved being able to access the offlead beach each morning and afternoon.”

“We stayed at this beautiful beach cottage earlier in the year and absolutely loved it, and were so pleased when we found an available week to return. The house is extremely comfortable, has everything needed. An extremely well stocked kitchen, so much crockery, cutlery & glassware, great stove, dishwasher, large fridge. Excellent air conditioning for those hot days Very comfortable beds. So many places to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet, both inside and out. Plenty of space outside for our furry friends or children to play. The under cover car park next door was great too, not having to leave the car in the street. A 2 minute walk to the coffee shops and fantastic beach, and if you head the other direction, a 5 minute walk to a well stocked supermarket, bread shop and a very good and obliging medical centre. I would recommend this house to couples, families, or even single people wanting a fantastic place to holiday. Thank you again Nicola and Charmaine, we will be back!”

“We had a wonderful stay, loved the little touches like kids books, games and puzzles as well as a great selection of kids and general dvds. Really comfortable deck area with a lounge area and dining table and chairs where we hung out, even when it was raining. Amazing location, so close to Moffat beach where we could take our Labrador to the beach at off leash times, she loved it!!!! Lots of cafes and yummy places to eat near by. We were made to feel very welcome and had a lovely stay. Will def come back!”

“Great spot. Comfortable, clean and homely. Very good kitchen facilities. Very close to great bars, cafes and beach. Great for pets with decent yard and high fence. Dog off leash beach is 2 minute walk away. This was our second stay and we will definitely go back.”

'The place was great and much better than anticipated. It's rare to find such a great pet friendly residence in such close proximity to shops, cafe's and the beach. We parked the car for 5 days and walked everywhere. The house has a great deck/breakout areas and the yard is secure for your dog. There are plenty of food options and we really enjoyed the cafe in the industrial area - 1 block back. Thank you for the amazing stay. we had such a great time and the house was better than expected. We had a great time and love that the place is pet friendly , neat and tidy and also well fitted out for short and long stays.'

This was our 4th stay at this beautiful house at a Moffat Beach. It is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We loved being able to eat outside on the great veranda and the couch was great for reading and having a quiet afternoon sip of wine. The kitchen has been thoughtfully set up, everything we could possibly need was at our finger tips! This house is in a perfect position, just a very short walk to the great coffee shops and the beautiful Moffat Beach. This house comfortably sleeps 5 people and there was plenty of room inside and out for children or as we had an elderly fur baby. The bbq was perfect for cooking our eggs and bacon for breakfasts as well as our steaks and snags for dinner. Once again, thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful house, we loved every minute of our 2 week stay.'

'As stated in their ad - 2 minutes to everything. The house has loads of space. Cafes/restaurants, little local shops, fish and chips shop, park, playground and the dog friendly beach. Beach does get really busy at dog off lead times. It is a wonderful spot to really relax and do nothing. It is only a short drive to Kings beach and Bulcock Street (walk if you are feeling like exercising) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend :)'

Beachhouse was wonderful all round! Excellent location a few hundred meters walking distance to the beach, headland, playgrounds, great cafes and restaurants/breweries. So awesome to have a safe and secure spot that is doggy and kid friendly. Super spacious, great selection of movies, magazines, books to entertain and so many different nooks for curling up to read, relax and enjoy post-beach naps and meals. Airconditioning in every room a huge plus. Kitchen equipped with all the utensils, pots/pans and gadgets you could possibly need to cook up a storm! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, our first time in Moffatt and was due largely to such a comfortable and clean house to stay in! Thanks for providing such a great spot for a fun family holiday. The house was spotless, had everything you could possibly need to feel comfortable and 'at home'. Was especially wonderful that we could bring our furry friend Nelly with us as we hate leaving her behind!'

I really enjoyed my stay in this clean, comfortable and roomy pet-friendly beach house, which has a light, relaxed, homely feel to it. There's plenty of space inside and out, with the covered patio a pleasant place to enjoy a quiet time, even when it's raining. The patio has a gate, so my dog couldn't wander off, though the whole property is fully fenced anyway. The kitchen had all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans anyone could need. There was a coffee pod machine too and a supply of pods, so it was easy to get the day started. Moffat Beach's cafes are indeed only a short stroll away, as is the beach. Other beaches, including the 24/7 off-leash beach at Currumbin, as well as more cafes and shops, required only a few minutes' drive. I chose the linen hire option, so found the bed already made. The bed was comfortable and I slept soundly. Communication with the hosts was always prompt and effective. We were lucky to get an early check-in, as well as helpful information about the property and the area, including the local council's fairly strict dog rules. The property is great value for money and we look forward to returning soon.

If you’re after a getaway walking distance to the beach, dog friendly, cozy warm and inviting space this house is it. This gem had everything you needed and loved the different spaces to put our feet up and read a book, have an afternoon snooze or have breaky outside. The coffee shop “Ours” is 2mins walk the beach is dog friendly after 4pm and before 8am walking distance as well. This space was perfect for my husband and our two French bulldogs. Such a quiet area and a beautiful beach feel. This home has board games, dvds and books galore. Beautiful home we absolutely loved it and want to move in. Nicola was warm and inviting and greeted us on arrival with a lovely welcome pack of teas and chocolate biscuits. Highly recommend thanks for having us we want to come back as soon as possible

I stayed over my birthday weekend with my daughter and her dogs. A 5 minute walk to restaurants and the off leash (before 8 and after 4; on leash at other times) beach . Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen. I simply cannot fault this place!

This Moffat Beach original beach house is in the centre of everything. You won’t need your car as you can walk to the beach, cafes and local restaurants. The house is bigger and better than the photos. We loved the AC during the heatwave. And fully fenced yard with dogs genuinely welcome made this the perfect place to holiday.

Fantastic place to stay! We were so impressed with the layout and how well equipped and spacious the house was, and how it just felt like a real holiday home. In particular, the enclosed deck area worked well for us with our dog being blind as he was secure and safe from falling down any stairs. The perfect spot, we walked multiple times a day to the beach, dined locally and at night were amazed at how quiet the area was. Wonderful! Will definitely return
