'Great house close to Moffat Beach and within walking distance from Other beaches and Caloundra CBD. The house has a great outdoor area which we utilised frequently for BBQs and meals. The rooms have good space which we appreciated. There is also undercover parking which is great for security etc. The house has internal stairs which can be a challenge when you have small children (safety and utility). The property is on a busy street/intersection which may not worry some but in school holidays would be drawback on the amenity.'

'Good location and great hosts. The yard is secure and safe for travelling pets. Busy road but still very easy to enter and exit the property. Garage is standard height and width, we were able to fit a motorcycle trailer in there easily. Lovely breeze up on the top floor, perfect for relaxing with a cold drink. Was a fantastic base for us and we will probably be back.'

'This house is a comfortable walking distance from the beach and some nice bars and restaurants. There’s some small shops across the road eg servo, post office and bakery. The house is well stocked with kitchen utensils and other items like jigsaws and books. Nice balcony with dining and BBQ and good sized fenced yard for a dog. Excellent large garage area too. Street noise can be loud at times and the street is busy. Sleeps 6 comfortably with extra blankets and pillows in cupboards Good house for a family holiday with furry friends'

Charmaine’s communication was great from the start. It was a lovely touch that a welcome pack including tea/ biscuits/ sweets was on the bench to greet our arrival. The property exceeded our expectations to include a claw foot bath & pot belly fire. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed & more !! Heaps of seating for meals either on the large veranda or at a huge indoor table. The downstairs shower was the best & had adequate hot water even though there were 5 of us (including 3 teenagers!). The beds were comfortable & had the added bonus of extra warm blankets in each closet. It was great to be able to put a load of washing on & have a dryer to use in case of inclement weather. The yard was fully fenced so we didn’t have to worry about our doggo getting out & there were a couple of food/water bowls too. Having a foodworks, bakery & service station adjacent from the house was a great bonus. The beach was within easy walking distance which was perfect for taking bbq food to cook in the park. There were cafes/ restaurants/ fish & chips adjacent from the beach for lunch or dinner of which some had live entertainment. 🌻Overall … we loved the property & would happily stay again.

If you are looking for a family sized Holiday House in easy walking distance to the beautiful Moffat Beach, then this is the house for you. Situated on the road that leads into Caloundra or towards Dicky Beach you will easily find your way around the area.
This 2-storied house presents well and is neat and tidy. It has in the past been renovated giving it a great beachy feel.

The bedrooms are all situated on the ground level. Bedroom 1 and 2 with twin single beds and the main bedroom with a queen bed. The main bathroom is also on the ground level and it has a good size shower, toilet and basin.

Laundry is downstairs with washer and dryer.

Wander up the lovely wooden stairs to the first floor, where you will find space for everyone. With a great 8 seater, wooden dining table and chairs positioned near the well equipped kitchen, conversation is easy.

There is also an extra bathroom upstairs with toilet, basin and a bath tub.

The lounge has comfy seating with a TV, DVD, books and games, even a study nook for those wanting a bit of computer time. With French doors that lead to the front veranda you will be able to enjoy the beautiful easterly breezes, perfect on the warmer nights.

The veranda out from the kitchen area has a BBQ, outdoor seating and an outdoor lounge which will give you northerly sea breezes.

The large grassy backyard is perfect for the kids and your furry ones to run around and being fully fenced means they will be safe and secure. There is an internal access to the double lock up garage.

This property also has a highchair, everything is here for your stay.
