'Close to all amenities and beach. Great sized rooms - especially the master suite. air-conditioning great but noisy in the back bedrooms- a small price to pay for the much needed cool air at Christmas! This place will not disappoint. Will highly recommend it!! We were so happy with the lication- only a short walk to beach and shops/restaurant. Charmaine greeted us and was very friendly and professional. Would recommend it highly with one caveat- if you have mobility problems it's a steep hill to walk back up from the beach - we didn't have that and absolutely loved the place. A - Maze- ing?'

'The location is AMAZING! situated right across the road from Moffat Beach in a lovely quiet complex of just 4 units, this is the perfect place to enjoy a winter beach getaway. The unit was spacious and comfortable. With delicious cafes, parks, and coffee shops a short stroll away, you'll have everything you need without jumping in the car. Host Nicola was attentive and cheerful at check-in setting us up for a fabulous long weekend away.'

This property is gorgeous, super clean and very comfy. Location to the beach meant we could walk with the kids down and back easily. The fish n chip shop and brew place are delicious and play equipment right there for the kids too! Thank you so much for having us! We certainly highly recommend!!!

Beautiful spot in walking distance to local cafes, beach and kids playground. Apartment is pleasantly spacious, with a second TV room so adults don't have to watch kids movies all day ! The pool is also private and very handy- literally out the back door. The view was amazing too. All the comforts of home.

Stunning Oceanfront Apartment

A beautifully positioned full floor oceanfront apartment on Queen of Colonies Parade with sweeping ocean views over Moffat and Dicky Beach to Mount Coolum. Only a short stroll downhill to the beaches and parks, and Moffat café and bar scene.

This modern apartment has 3 generous bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one bunk room, with 4 beds, which is great for kids.

The master bedroom takes in ocean views over Moffat Beach and has a spacious en-suite with spa bath and walk in-robe.

The main living and dining room is open plan flowing from the modern two-pac kitchen out onto the large oceanfront terrace, which is perfect for alfresco dining.

An additional living space allows everyone to find a quiet spot to read a book or is ideal for the kids to watch TV or play. The apartment has a shared pool which is accessible directly from the back door.

There are modern furnishings throughout and the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Ducted air-conditioning and additional ceiling fans keep the apartment cool and comfortable, but not always required as the beautiful sea breezes give natural cooling.

There are two secure car parks underneath the building.
